Description
The GME Program Manager provides strategic and operational oversight of academic and administrative data, resident and fellow records, workflows, procurement, audits, and performance analysis. The role also designs and oversees educational curricula, monitors compliance with ACGME and other accreditation standards, supports program leadership with learning needs, and delivers customer service and stakeholder relations for internal and external GME stakeholders. The position requires a bachelor's degree, 3–5 years of equivalent experience, and is associated with UC Health's GME community.
