Forge Biologics is hiring a Technician I, GMP Manufacturing – Upstream to support the production and cultivation of AAV-based gene therapy products in a cGMP facility in Columbus, Ohio. The role performs upstream cell-culture operations, bioreactor and equipment operation, media preparation, aseptic transfers, process monitoring, sampling, testing, documentation, and deviation investigation. Candidates need a scientific degree or relevant certification, or a high school diploma with at least two years of related experience, plus regulated manufacturing or laboratory experience.
