Description
ERCOT is hiring for its 12–16-month Grid and Market Solutions Development Program, an entry-level and early-career engineering training program based in the Grid & Market Solutions Department. Participants will support grid and market applications, design, code, test, validate, and implement modifications, and install and configure vendor products. The program covers power systems, SCADA, EMS, MMS, software development, databases, AI, machine learning, and IT operations. A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or a related field is required; power systems coursework is highly preferred. The program is based in Taylor, Texas, with at least two days per week on-site and remote work from a Texas residence, with a target start date between November and December 2026.
