Description
Mach Industries is hiring a Fixed-Wing Flight Control Engineer to design, implement, verify, and validate flight-critical control laws for fixed-wing aircraft. The role covers control-system architecture, actuator and sensor modeling, system identification, SIL/HIL and Monte Carlo verification, flight-test planning and analysis, and controller tuning. Candidates need an engineering, physics, or mathematics bachelor’s degree, 0–5 years of relevant flight-control experience, and expertise in flight dynamics, C++, MATLAB/Simulink, Python, and verification workflows. The position offers Engineer-level compensation of $125,000–$160,000 USD and Senior Engineer-level compensation of $165,000–$220,000 USD, along with equity, healthcare, retirement, and professional-development benefits.
