Orbital Paradigm is hiring a Senior GNC Engineer to develop, verify, and implement end-to-end guidance, navigation, and control capabilities for reusable orbital logistics vehicles. The role covers mission analysis, trajectory design, guidance and control algorithms, navigation estimation, flight dynamics, spacecraft and sensor modelling, simulation, SIL/HIL testing, flight software support, and verification across orbital operations, reentry, and landing. The position is based in Madrid with an office-first arrangement and flexible hybrid work.
