Description
The GNC Engineer will design, develop, verify, and test guidance, navigation, and control algorithms for aircraft, spacecraft, launch vehicles, and missiles; support missile algorithm integration, testing, verification, validation, performance assessments, and trade studies; and conduct pre-flight simulations and post-flight reconstruction. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field, proficiency in C++, MATLAB, Python, and/or FORTRAN, missile 6DOF simulation experience, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. It is a full-time onsite position at Lockheed Martin’s Missiles and Fire Control headquarters in Grand Prairie, Texas, on a 4/10 flex schedule, with a salary range of $81,100 to $150,500.
