Description
Illumio is hiring a Go Backend Engineer to develop containerized microservices for a distributed, multi-tenant platform that processes data, real-time events, and network telemetry across public clouds. The role owns software design, implementation, testing, deployment, operational aspects, and critical subsystems, while partnering with Product Management and mentoring junior engineers. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent, at least two years of distributed and scalable software experience, Go and SQL, cloud and containerization experience, and is based on-site five days per week in Sunnyvale, California.
