Essity is hiring a Process Engineer trainee for a full-time one-year contract at its highly automated factory in Hoogezand, Groningen. The trainee will learn production processes, Total Productive Maintenance, manufacturing excellence, and process improvement; support operators; collaborate with engineers and international colleagues; and independently lead improvement projects. The role includes an international period averaging three months and offers a starting salary of €3,500 gross per month, with benefits including a 13th-month payment, bonus scheme, pension, and vacation days.
