Somnio is hiring its first GTM Engineer to design and build AI systems, infrastructure, data pipelines, integrations, APIs, and agentic platforms that improve marketing and sales operations. The role focuses on automating workflows, improving HubSpot data quality, enabling signal-based account research, and creating reliable AI agents and multi-agent systems. It is a behind-the-scenes product-engineering position requiring 5+ years of relevant experience, strong Python or TypeScript/JavaScript and system-design skills, production LLM experience, and fluent English.
