Description
Tolken is hiring a go-to-market hire to build and maintain prospecting systems, CRM hygiene, pipeline tracking, founder interaction follow-up, meeting preparation, calendar and travel coordination, sales assets, and a living GTM playbook. The role is hands-on and high-ownership in an early-stage environment, requiring strong GTM tool fluency, AI-assisted workflow configuration, clear writing, attention to detail, and curiosity about fintech and payments. Fintech, payments, B2B relationship-driven sales, outbound or community-based project experience, and familiarity with early-stage startups are preferred but not required.
