Urban Golf Performance is hiring a full-time Golf Performance Coach to deliver personalized golf assessments, development programs, and coaching to clients. The role involves client interviews, program creation, collaboration with fitness coaches, performance reporting, client tours, sales, scheduling, and administrative follow-up. Candidates need an associate's or bachelor's degree, 1–2 years of relevant coaching or customer-service experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for golf. The position is in person at one of UGP's Southern California facilities, offers 8-hour shifts with day, evening, and weekend availability, and pays $55,000 to $75,000 USD annually.
