Urbana Country Club is hiring seasonal golf-course mowing staff for part-time and full-time work ranging from 10 to 43 hours per week, with a typical work day from 6:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M. The role involves walkmowing greens, tees, and collars, rolling greens, and raking bunkers, with key mow days on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday plus a weekend shift. A separate part-time retiree slot is available for fairway mowing Monday through Wednesday and Friday from 6:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. The work is available now through November 1 and returns in March or 2027. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, inclement-weather and weekend-shift availability, and must pass a drug screen and background check. Pay is $15–$18 per hour depending on experience, with uniforms and free golf provided.
