Brocket Hall is hiring a Golf Operations Team Member to support the daily operation of its golf department across member and visitor bookings, tee-time reservations, golf shop retail, course and practice-facility readiness, competitions and events, guest arrival and check-in, golf bag and buggy services, first-tee support, course marshalling, and golf academy activities. The role requires professional customer service, golf-facility and product knowledge, operational organization, cleanliness, teamwork, and participation in training.
