Down to Earth is hiring a Golf Project Crew member to support golf course construction and renovation projects. The role involves grading, sod installation, planting, bunker construction, site preparation, turf cutting, irrigation and drainage support, equipment handling, and general construction labor. The position requires physically demanding outdoor work, teamwork, reliability, flexible scheduling, and reliable transportation; prior landscaping or golf-course construction experience is preferred.
