The Golf Guest Services Associate welcomes and assists players with check-in and reservations, provides venue and gameplay information, helps with golf clubs and equipment, maintains venue cleanliness, offers and stocks retail items, responds to guest inquiries, and conducts game demonstrations while enforcing safety guidelines. The role requires customer service and communication skills, teamwork, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift and move golf bags and equipment.
