Down To Earth is hiring a Golf Superintendent to lead golf course maintenance and grounds operations in a commercial landscaping environment. The role oversees turf, landscaping, irrigation, course setup, agronomic programs, equipment, safety, labor scheduling, budgeting, client communication, and crew development. Candidates need an associate or bachelor’s degree in a turf-related field or equivalent experience, at least five years of progressive golf course maintenance experience including supervision, and strong knowledge of turf management, irrigation, pest control, and fertilization.
