The role provides warm greetings and identification checks for guests, monitors safety and occupancy, maintains crowd control, and supports table and floor maintenance. It requires availability for varied hours, hospitality and teamwork, alcohol or food-handler training, proficiency with reservation and radio systems, knowledge of identification, and the ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
