Description
The Goods Flow Associate supports the Goods Flow Team Manager by performing warehouse and logistics operations in an assigned area, using IKEA systems and equipment to maintain stock accuracy and product availability. The role contributes to efficient, lean goods-flow processes, supports team goals, and follows health, safety, and security guidelines. Candidates should have at least 1–2 years of warehouse or logistics experience, preferably in retail, strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills, and forklift certification or relevant forklift skills are a plus.
