Description
The Goods Flow Team Manager reports to the Goods Flow Team Manager and is responsible for executing goods flow processes in assigned store areas. The role coordinates with Goods Flow co-workers, Sales, Communication & Interior Design, and Sales and Supply Support to ensure efficient replenishment and customer picking, while managing short-term store capacity, leading goods flow staff, maintaining compliance with IKEA and local regulations, and contributing logistics input to the store business and logistics action plans.
