Adcubator is hiring a fully remote Google Ads Creative Designer to own static and lifestyle ad creative end to end across Google Display Network, Demand Gen, and Performance Max. The role covers market research, audience and persona development, concepting, design, AI-assisted generation, delivery in required formats, performance testing, iteration, and collaboration with media buying, content, and landing-page teams. Candidates need proven experience with high-performing ecommerce ads, strong design fundamentals, knowledge of direct response and top-of-funnel creative, and daily fluency with AI creative tools.
