Description
The role partners with technical business teams and customers to differentiate Google Cloud by integrating advanced automation and AI agents into enterprise environments. Responsibilities include developing and prototyping customer-tailored solutions, advising on enterprise integration patterns, demonstrating integrations, managing feature requests, traveling to customer sites and events, and driving adoption through technical evaluation and customer ramp. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, 10 years of cloud-native architecture experience in a customer-facing or support role, and experience with search systems, programming, technical presentations, and AI agent integrations using RAG, Text-to-SQL, and semantic search.
