Description
The Application Support Engineer will troubleshoot and resolve issues across critical business systems, collaborate with teams, document solutions, and support system reliability and efficiency. The role requires Google Cloud Vertex AI model development, cloud computing, machine learning deployment and management, software troubleshooting, and knowledge of generative and agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks. It is based at the Bengaluru office and requires at least 7.5 years of experience and 15 years of full-time education.
