Everience is hiring an experienced Governance Operations Lead to embed AI governance across the full AI lifecycle in a large enterprise. The role covers governance controls in AI/ML platforms and MLOps pipelines, model and asset inventories, approvals and attestations, automation, traceability, reporting, and collaboration with technology and risk teams. Candidates need 8–12+ years of experience in AI/ML, technology operations, governance, risk, digital transformation, or a related field, along with enterprise governance, AI/ML platform, MLOps, and control-implementation experience.
