The Governance Lead will serve as the primary bridge between senior leaders and front-line execution teams within YouTube Trust and Safety, overseeing supplier delivery, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional alignment. The role synthesizes operational data into executive briefings, leads governance reviews, refines vendor scorecards, establishes content moderation and user appeals frameworks, and performs quantitative analyses to improve system efficiency. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and 10 years of experience leading operations in technology, management consulting, or vendor management environments, with preferred experience in Trust and Safety, content moderation, or policy operations.
