Description
The Governance Manager supports the General Counsel in performing Board Secretary duties and administering GCGRA’s corporate governance framework. The role coordinates Board and Committee activities, maintains governance records and documentation, monitors implementation of decisions, conducts legal and regulatory research, prepares reports and briefing materials, manages the General Counsel’s office and administrative functions, and coordinates internal and external communications. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 6–9 years of experience in corporate governance, Board Secretariat, legal operations, executive support, document processing, or a related regulated-environment role.
