Description
The Governance Manager will steward organizational integrity and governance excellence for Ubongo, leading Board and committee operations, company secretarial duties, governance frameworks, compliance, risk oversight, performance assessments, board engagement, and training across Tanzania, the United States, and South Africa. The role reports to the COO and requires a relevant bachelor’s degree or professional certificate, at least five years of experience in corporate governance, risk management, or compliance, and strong project management, communication, analytical, facilitation, and board-engagement skills.
