Pilgrim is hiring a Government Relations Lead to own federal lobbying, authorization, and appropriations strategy. The role will build relationships with congressional offices and agency leaders, draft funding requests and legislative language, advance priorities on Capitol Hill, track submissions, engage policy and budget officials, monitor legislation and agency changes, and organize briefings and technology demonstrations. Candidates need experience in federal policy, budget, or government relations, demonstrated results securing authorization or appropriations, knowledge of federal budget and appropriations processes, established congressional or agency relationships, and the ability to draft policy materials; U.S. Person status is required.
