The McGuire Group is hiring a Graduate Practical Nurse (GPN) to provide supervised nursing care and support to residents in a skilled nursing environment. Responsibilities include medication administration, care-plan support, monitoring resident conditions, personal care, documentation, interdisciplinary collaboration, and adherence to facility and infection-control procedures. The role is available full-time or part-time on all shifts and requires a recent practical nursing graduate eligible for New York State licensure, strong communication and documentation skills, and the ability to perform frequent physical activity.
