Apple is hiring a GPU Performance and Power Analysis Engineer in Austin, Texas. The role develops and maintains an internally developed tool that generates GPU efficiency data, analyzes performance, capacitance, leakage, and frequency-voltage data, supports GPU design experiments, and improves power and performance projections using silicon data. The position requires a master’s degree or foreign equivalent in electrical or electronics engineering or a related field, along with experience in computer architecture, GPU/Memory performance scaling, PTPX power analysis, Python and Git development, statistical modeling, VLSI power modeling, and electrical circuit analysis. The role is scheduled for 40 hours per week.
