NVIDIA is hiring a GPU Architectural Modelling Software Engineer to develop core infrastructure for modeling, analyzing, and debugging large-scale graphics and computing chips. The role bridges software drivers and GPU simulations, supports running applications on simulated GPUs, coordinates functional and performance testing, and helps deliver production-ready drivers. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or computer engineering or equivalent experience, at least five years of relevant software development experience, knowledge of driver stacks, strong C++ and object-oriented programming skills, and experience with chip or system simulation. The position is hybrid and offers a base salary of 152,000 to 241,500 USD, plus equity and benefits.
