Grab is hiring a Corporate Governance Manager to strengthen governance infrastructure across regional markets. Reporting to the Senior Platform Experience Manager, the role will develop governance frameworks, lead compliance audits, prepare executive reports and dashboards, use generative AI to support regulatory research and workflow automation, collaborate with cross-functional teams and external advisors, and support board governance and compliance training. The position is based onsite in Grab's KL office and requires at least five years of experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, or a related field.
