BESIX Infra is hiring an experienced Motor Grader Operator to perform levelling, profiling, crushed-stone finishing, and grading work on road construction projects in East Flanders and Antwerp, with assignments potentially scheduled across the country. The role involves setting up and maintaining the grader, working with a total station, checking work quality, and independently organizing site work. Applicants need demonstrable motor grader experience, a B and C driving license, sufficient Dutch, and flexibility with early-site hours and locations; experience with total stations is an advantage.
