Description
GrizzlyTrek Group is hiring an experienced Grader Operator for a full-time, year-round rotational position at the Mildred Lake site north of Fort McMurray, Alberta. The operator will run a motor grader on active oil sands roads, haul roads, ramps, and access roads, maintaining grades, drainage, and safety while performing winter maintenance, grading pads and laydown yards, and completing machine inspections. The role requires verifiable motor grader seat time, a valid Class 5 licence, and required safety certifications; oil sands or mine-site experience is preferred. Compensation is $29.00 to $40.00 per hour based on verified seat time, with camp room and board provided.
