GrizzlyTrek Group is hiring an experienced Grader Operator to work on heavy civil earthworks projects in the Fort McMurray region. The role operates 14M and 24H class motor graders for earthmoving, grading, road building, stripping, stockpiling, reclamation, and finish-and-trim work, with 12-hour day and night shifts on a project-dependent rotational camp schedule. Candidates need at least three years of recent grader experience, a valid Class 5 licence, required safety tickets, and the ability to live in camp. Flights from Calgary or Edmonton and room and board are provided, with compensation starting at $35.00 to $40.00 per hour.
