Description
LB3 Enterprises is hiring a Grading Foreman to lead and coordinate field grading operations on construction job sites in southern California and Arizona. The role supervises grading crews and equipment operators, interprets grading plans and survey stakes, operates heavy equipment, monitors cut/fill and elevations, coordinates with surveyors and other trades, enforces safety and environmental requirements, tracks production, and trains crew members. The position requires at least five years of site grading, excavation, or earthwork construction experience, heavy-equipment operation, outdoor physical work, and a valid driver's license.
