Description
Arcadis is recruiting for a two-year Electrical Engineering Graduate GROW Programme. The role involves contributing to client work and real projects from day one, developing technical expertise in electrical distribution, motor control, instrumentation, industrial control, and automation, and supporting sustainable energy systems. Applicants should be graduating in 2027 or have recently graduated in 2025 or 2026, hold a relevant degree with at least a 2:2, and demonstrate communication, analytical, resilience, creativity, teamwork, and stakeholder-influence skills. The programme includes UK and potentially international client work, with travel and virtual working where possible.
