Arcadis is hiring a two-year Graduate Structural Engineer for its GROW programme, which places graduates on client work and real projects from day one. The role involves designing new substructures and superstructures, assessing existing structures, reviewing contractor and consultant proposals, coordinating with other disciplines, conducting site visits, and helping manage project costs. Candidates must be graduating in 2027 or have recently graduated in 2025 or 2026, hold a relevant BEng, MEng, or MSc with at least a 2:2, and demonstrate communication, analytical, resilience, creativity, and teamwork skills. The programme is based in the United Kingdom, with virtual working where possible and travel required when needed.
