GHD is hiring a Graduate Civil Drafter / Designer to prepare simple work plans, designs, correspondence, standardized documents, and construction documents for municipal and industrial infrastructure projects, including topographic surveys, sewer, water, industrial products, and drainage pipelines. The role involves on-the-job design and drafting, technical decisions under close supervision, and initial drafting of routine documents for internal review. It requires an associate’s degree in drafting, design, civil engineering technology, or a similar field, 0–2 years of relevant drafting experience, working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D, and experience with ArcGIS is a plus. The position follows a hybrid model with in-office collaboration three days per week and pays $24.00–$25.00 based on experience.
