Dashiell is hiring a Graduate Civil Engineer to join a project team and perform civil and structural design, document creation, wind-load calculations, structural analysis, and engineering support under direct supervision. The role includes learning engineering standards, using document-management systems, spending time at job sites, and traveling for project assignments. A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, an EIT certificate or ability to obtain one within one year, and knowledge of steel and concrete design are required; power-field experience is preferred.
