TKDA is hiring a Graduate Design Engineer for its Mining Structural team to assist with the analysis, design, and detailing of steel, concrete, and foundation systems for mining and heavy industrial facilities. The role collaborates with structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering teams and may include construction administration, submittal review, plan interpretation, and site observation. The position is based in Duluth or Bloomington, Minnesota, with a typical three-days-in-office, two-days-remote hybrid arrangement and up to 15% travel. Candidates need a structural-emphasis civil engineering degree, up to three years of progressive structural design experience, EIT certification, and proficiency with structural design software; the Bloomington base salary range is $77,000-$84,500.
