FLSmidth is hiring a Graduate Development Associate for its two-year rotational program in Chennai, India. The program exposes recent graduates to technical, operational, customer-facing, and commercial activities across engineering, product management, field services, project management, sourcing, procurement, and supply chain. Participants will work on business-impacting projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, complete training and assessments, and present recommendations. Applicants need a completed or expected engineering or related bachelor's degree, 0–2 years of professional experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and willingness to travel for rotations and customer activities.
