O-I is recruiting for a 12-month graduate engineering program focused on glass manufacturing. The program combines plant-based work and study with structured learning, on-the-job activities, networking, and international rotations, culminating in integration at the Plant in Nove Sedlo. Candidates must have a master's degree in electronic, mechatronic, automation, or electrical engineering; be passionate about manufacturing processes; be fluent in English and Czech; and be available for training rotations.
