Curtins is hiring a Graduate Design Engineer to join a supportive team of engineers, designers, and consultants. The role involves contributing to live projects across civil, structural, infrastructure, drainage, highways, and sustainable design, supporting calculations and design development, preparing drawings and reports, collaborating across disciplines, and gaining exposure to client meetings, project management, and commercial awareness. The graduate will benefit from a structured development programme, mentoring, training, and support toward professional registration and Chartership. Applicants should be curious, motivated graduates with a degree or predicted degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaborative skills.
