Description
The role focuses on benchmarking and performance analysis of SoCs in Linux and bare-metal environments. Responsibilities include collecting latency, bandwidth, throughput, and utilization metrics; investigating bottlenecks with traces, counters, simulations, and workload measurements; developing C/C++ and Python tools for workload characterization and profiling; and comparing measured performance against architectural expectations. The position requires semiconductor SoC performance analysis experience, computer architecture and microarchitecture knowledge, C/C++ and Python proficiency, and strong cross-functional communication.
