CRA is hiring Graduate Engineer Trainees to support engineering and production teams in the Energy and Defence sectors. The role provides hands-on training in manufacturing processes, quality control, and cross-functional collaboration, with responsibilities including production, quality, and design support; fabrication, machining, and assembly; interpretation of 2D/3D engineering drawings; process improvement; and interdepartmental coordination. Candidates need a Bachelor's or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Engineering, basic manufacturing and engineering knowledge, and strong communication, problem-solving, and learning skills; CAD and MS Office proficiency are advantageous. The position offers structured training, mentorship, career growth, and a salary of up to 21,500 INR per month.
