PMG is hiring a Business Strategy & Transformation team member to structure complex problems, lead cross-functional initiatives, translate customer priorities into actionable recommendations, drive process innovation, and build scalable playbooks. The role requires a full-time MBA completed by January 2027, 2–4 years of pre-MBA professional experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or a related field, and strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional skills. It is an onsite role based initially at PMG’s Dallas office, with opportunities to move across PMG locations over time.
