Arcadis is hiring a two-year Mechanical Engineer for its GROW graduate programme, supporting HVAC and mechanical services design for semiconductor and advanced manufacturing clients in the UK and Ireland. The role covers wet and dry mechanical system design, energy-saving reviews, ventilation and Grade A clean rooms, chilled and cooling water, heating, heat pumps, compressed air, and CHP. Applicants must be graduating in 2027 or have recently graduated in 2025 or 2026, hold a relevant BEng or MEng with at least a 2:2, and demonstrate communication, analytical, resilience, creativity, and teamwork skills. The programme includes client work, project experience, and centrally delivered graduate training, with travel and virtual working as needed.
