Candidates must be graduating in 2027 or have recently graduated in 2025 or 2026, hold a relevant degree with at least a 2:2, and demonstrate communication, analytical, resilience, creativity, and teamwork skills. The programme is based in the United Kingdom, with virtual working where possible and travel required when needed.
