Description
Arcadis is hiring a two-year Graduate Process Engineer for its GROW programme, working on life sciences projects in the UK and Ireland. The role involves process design from concept through detailed design and commissioning, including block and process flow diagrams, P&IDs, equipment sizing, mass and energy balances, utility studies, process simulations, safety analyses, and technical reporting. Candidates must be graduating in 2027 or have recently graduated in 2025 or 2026, hold a relevant degree with at least a 2:2, and demonstrate communication, analytical, teamwork, and stakeholder-influence skills. The programme includes technical and soft-skills training, on-the-job coaching, and may involve travel and virtual working.
