Resideo is hiring a Graduate Developer to contribute to connected security and smart-building products, particularly security video products and their integration with security panels, thermostats, water-leak detectors, and other connected devices. The role involves software development, requirements breakdown, testing, code reviews, collaboration with firmware, cloud, product, and quality teams, and exposure to embedded Linux, image processing, computer vision, connected-device platforms, and developer-driven AI workflows. Candidates need at least one year of academic or professional programming experience, Linux experience, and collaborative engineering experience; the role is hybrid and includes health insurance and an Employee Assistance Plan.
